a happening
Never tell your class that Art is a timeless conversation and that to enter that conversation they ought to engage in live music-making in everyday life. The next thing you know, they'll be using your words against you, and the monkeys will be taking over the henhouse. They're learning something, I guess, but so much for photography/graphic design.
Special thanks to:
Joey, for Mad Improvisational Vocals
Kyle & Heath, for Guitars
Emma & Cyra, for Percussion
Davis, for being a pro after two days of Harmonica practice.
The rest of the class, for tolerating this madness.
The classes across the hall and next door, for surviving.
The administration, for not firing me yet.
